While Stefanie's primary focus is on women's fashion, she also offers Men's Styling and Grooming services. Stefanie has successfully styled hundreds of men, showcasing her versatility and expertise. Developing your style and releasing the negative messages you’ve been given about what you should wear isn’t always something that happens in one call or one closet editing session. If you feel like you need to go deeper, this 8 week mindful style package may be right for you. This is also the only package that includes me shopping for you.
We'll talk about style, but also about body image, body grief, self worth, mindfulness, anti-consumerism, mental health, rest, toxic productivity, and how it all affects your closet.
This package includes five 55-minute sessions with the following focuses:
- style story
- closet edit
- shopping tutorial
- try on session
- integration session
In between sessions 3 and 4, I’ll do several hours of personal shopping for you. You’ll also receive follow up notes and unlimited communication from me during the 8 weeks.

Sometimes you want to do this work in community. There are very few spaces where women are given permission to actually talk about getting our bodies dressed: the frustrations, the grief, the logistical nightmare of it all. My group program, The Mindful Bliss Factor is that container. Together, we define your style, edit your wardrobe, and learn how to shop, but mostly we meet to share our experience with others and see how much of it is shared by others.
In the group setting, you’ll have space to
share your own frustrations and get my feedback on your specific situation because no one rule fits all. There are pre-recorded videos and exercises, a robust discussion hosted in Circle, and each week, you can submit questions about anything you're struggling with. We meet is 6 times a year.
